Job description

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to positioning the school as an employer of choice, attracting top academic and experienced expatriate talent.
  • Oversee all aspects of recruitment, including coordinating in-house and outsourced services, ensuring a seamless experience from hiring to onboarding and relocation.
  • Proactively develop and implement innovative solutions to improve expatriation and repatriation processes, ensuring smooth transitions for international hires.
  • Prepare employment agreements and structure competitive compensation packages in alignment with school policies and market standards.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Management or Human Resource Management
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in expatriate management or analytics (Experience in an international school setting is a plus)
  • Strong understanding of the Singapore Employment Act and HR-related government regulations.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Mail Merge, VLOOKUP). Experience with HRIS systems like Engage, G-Suite, and SAP is required.
  • Ability to analyze HR data trends related to recruitment, hiring, motivation, turnover, and compliance, with experience in preparing reports and presenting findings to senior leadership.
