Sales Support Executive [Central | Renewable Contract | Up to $4K Basic]

Responsibilities

1. Manage the end-to-end order process, from order receipt to shipment fulfillment and invoicing via Dynamics 365.
2. Coordinate with retail stores, external partners, and suppliers on pricing, lead time, order processing, deliveries, and inventory management.
3. Oversee inventory at third-party warehouses and support stock replenishment for retail stores.
4. Ensure accurate system updates, inbound receipt processing, and timely delivery coordination with warehouse and transport providers.
5. Drive process improvements and share best practices to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

1. At least 2 years of experience in sales support or as a logistics coordinator.
2. Proficiency in Dynamics 365 and MS Office products is a plus.
