Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join our marketing team at FitFlop (Sg/Msia) and Crocs (Msia). As a Marketing Executive, you will play a vital role in executing marketing initiatives and campaigns that enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support sales growth. This position requires a passion for marketing, excellent organizational skills, and a strong understanding of the retail industry.
Responsibilities:
1) Campaign Execution:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and experiential marketing.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports on key metrics and insights.
2) Digital Marketing:
- Support the digital marketing team in implementing digital campaigns, including social media management, content creation, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Assist in managing the company's website and ensure content accuracy, relevancy, and a positive user experience.
- Analyse digital marketing data to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and improve overall digital marketing effectiveness.
3) Brand Management:
- Support the implementation of brand strategies and guidelines to maintain brand consistency across all marketing activities.
- Assist in the creation and execution of brand-building initiatives, including brand partnerships, collaborations, and sponsorships.
- Monitor brand reputation and engage with customers on social media platforms to maintain a positive brand image.
4) Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research and gather customer insights to understand consumer preferences, behaviours, and trends.
- Assist in analysing competitor activities, market trends, and consumer data to identify opportunities and make recommendations for marketing strategies.
5) Promotions and Events:
- Support the planning and execution of promotional activities, including discounts, offers, and seasonal campaigns.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events, product launches, and store activations.
- Collaborate with retail partners and stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of marketing initiatives.
6) Collaborative Efforts:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and retail operations, to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with international marketing teams to share best practices, leverage global campaigns, and support regional marketing efforts.
- Assist in creating marketing collateral, presentations, and reports as needed.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience 3 years in a marketing role, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles, concepts, and best practices.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and online analytics tools.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive insights.
