QA Engineering Assistant - Semiconductor

Job Scope

• Performing various quality assurance tests and inspections on semiconductor components and assemblies
• Documenting test results and analysing data to identify potential quality issues
• Collaborating with engineering and production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions
• Maintaining detailed quality records and preparing reports for management
• Assisting with the development and improvement of quality control processes and procedures
• Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality control best practices

Requirements

• Nitec in quality assurance, engineering, or a related technical field
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a quality assurance or control role, preferably in the semiconductor industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve quality issues
• Proficient in using quality control tools and equipment, such as measuring instruments and test rigs
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow standardised procedures
• Good communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
