UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:
● Create user flows to visualize and streamline user journeys, ensuring alignment and
validation with stakeholders.

● Document and maintain detailed meeting minutes with users and stakeholders to
capture requirements and feedback.
● Transform user flows into low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity mockups,
maintaining consistency and usability.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers,
to ensure designs are implemented effectively.
● Communicate effectively with developers during design handovers, including the
ability to convey requirements in Chinese as needed.
● Continuously gather and integrate user feedback to refine designs.

Experience:
● 1-2 years of relevant work experience in UI/UX design is preferred.
● Fresh graduates or individuals looking to switch careers are welcome to apply but will
be required to complete an assignment for evaluation.

Skills & Attributes:
● Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
● A good understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
● Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
● Good communication and documentation skills.
● Ability to communicate in Chinese is required to facilitate handovers to developers.
● A portfolio showcasing your design process and previous work (if available).
