Evaluate customer orders and demand against supplier deliveries in order to meet & exceed OTD targets
Collaborate closely with Aerospace Sales Engineer, Quality Engineers & Management to align customer requests & expectations in order to achieve customer satisfaction
Serve as a point of escalation relating to customer satisfaction, problem solving & conflicts/issue resolution
Requirements:
At least a Degree/ Diploma
At least 3 years of Customer Service operational experience
At least 3 years of Supply Chain experience
Experience in the Aerospace, Sealing or Polymer industry is a plus
Experience with ERP or CRM systems (JDE, BC, SAP) is a plus
Familiar with AS9100 quality requirement is a plus
Able to read or understand technical prints is a plus
