3 Months to 1 year Temp HR Executive Assistant (Shared Services) #HZT
Responsibilities:
- Ensure related documentations are P-filed accordingly as per Service Level Agreement
- Assist in updating, maintaining, and approving HR data for existing staff in the portal
- Assist in verifying and updating onboarding data for New Hires & offboarding data for Resignees via the portal
- Perform adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline
- Training is provided
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in processing HR records/data
- Able to manage high-volume activities and handle data confidentiality
- Able to work under tight timelines and respond to changing priorities
- IT savvy and comfortable with the use of Microsoft Excel to handle large amounts of data
