Facilities Executive (Healthcare) - Ref:MH

Safety Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with the Workplace Safety & Health Act and other relevant legislations.
• Implement measures to guarantee the safety of all personnel, including visitors to clinics and headquarters.

Safety Audits and Inspections:

• Coordinate and conduct routine systematic safety audits and inspections.
• Identify and address safety concerns through proactive measures.

Safety Training and Regulations:

• Ensure that safety training programs are conducted regularly.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with fire safety regulations.

Accident Investigation:

• Investigate any accidents or diseases within the company.
• Recommend corrective actions to prevent the recurrence of incidents.

Risk Assessment:

• Review and formulate risk assessments in accordance with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) guidelines.

Safety Guidelines and Standards:

• Draft safety guidelines in accordance with Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series (OHSAS), Environment, Safety, and Sustainability (ESS), Joint Commission International (JCI), ISO standards, and Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations.

Chemical Safety:

• Review Safety Data Sheets (SDSs) for existing and new chemicals.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of chemicals in compliance with safety standards.

Inspections for Compliance:

• Conduct monthly or ad-hoc inspections of polyclinics for safety and health issues.
• Ensure adherence to relevant safety regulations and standards.

WSH Committee Secretary:

• Act as the secretary to the Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) Committee.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration within the committee.

Accreditations and Audits:

• Assist in accreditation and audits such as Ensure Safer System (ESS), Joint Commission International (JCI), OHSAS 18001, and ISO.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation requirements.
