Sales Associate (Luxury Brand) | Gross UP $6k | Town

Our Client is a well-known luxury brand that everyone would like to own a piece.

It is known for its exclusive handcrafted trunks, handbags, and accessories.

Position Summary

She or he is the front-line representative of the Brand, thus responsible for managing the customer’s experience and selling products.

Salary: Basic UP $2700 + Store Comms + Individual Comms (GROSS UP $6K)

Workday: Mon – Sun (Retail hours) (Any 5-6 days)

Location: Orchard

Bonus:

VB

8 days off per month + public holiday

Role and Key Responsibilities:

• Maximize the sales of products by achieving individual sales targets and helping to achieve the Boutique targets (total turnover, average sales receipt amount, product mix, number of transactions).
• Provide qualitative customer service by delivering the best customer service.
• Promote and sell products by identifying customers’ needs and suggesting merchandise to meet their needs.
• Build relationships with customers and upsell products.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in luxury retail, with handbag or leather goods background will be an advantage.
• Energetic, fast-paced, self-motivated, positive, and can-do attitude.
• Good team player with strong interpersonal skills; proficient in selling and customer service.
• Immediate starter will be advantageous.
