Dental Assistant cum Receptionist

The role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Dental Assistant cum Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Paramount Dental Pte Ltd in Hougang East, North-East Region. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our dental practice.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures by preparing treatment rooms, sterilising instruments, and ensuring a smooth workflow
• Greet and welcome patients, schedule appointments, and manage the reception area
• Maintain accurate patient records and update electronic medical charts
• Process payments and handle billing enquiries
• Order and maintain inventory of dental supplies and materials
• Ensure the clinic maintains high standards of cleanliness and infection control
• Provide a positive and professional customer experience for all patients

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Dental Assistant or Receptionist, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact with patients in a friendly and empathetic manner
• Proficient in using dental software and electronic medical record systems
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
