Vice President Customer Relations - Premium Table Games

SkyCity are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Customer Relations - Premium Table Games to lead and elevate the VIP gaming experience. This role plays a key part in driving growth within the Premium VIP segment, as well as nurturing strong relationships with existing premium clientele, driving engagement, and ensuring a world-class experience. The ideal candidate will be impeccably presented, detail-oriented, and highly trustworthy with a strong drive for success.

Responsibilities:

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP Premium Gaming customers, managing their end-to-end customer experience within SkyCity properties in a safe and responsible manner.
  2. Identify and develop new high-value Premium VIP Gaming Customers to join the SkyCity experience.
  3. Ensure a seamless experience between our hospitality and gaming offer to maximize customer satisfaction and develop return visitation.
  4. Develop customer database to future-proof assigned Premium market.
  5. Identify and execute potential business opportunities including identifying potential new market regions to meet or exceed budget expectations.
  6. Ensure all compliance requirements are met and that marketing approach and offerings meet SkyCity code of conduct and legal requirements of assigned market region.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. 5+ years experience in the Gaming industry or related industry at premium level is imperative.
  2. 5+ years of experience in either Premium VIP Gaming Customer Relations or Business Development.
  3. Established industry knowledge and a strong understanding of market trends.
  4. Advanced knowledge of high-level customer service standards relating to hospitality operations in VIP gaming environments/knowledge and understanding of all compliance requirements (AML/ Host Responsibility).
  5. Strong time management and organizational skills - can operate autonomously, is self-motivated, plans and prioritizes tasks simultaneously in order to reach deadlines.
  6. Flexibility to meet the operational requirements of a 24/7 work environment.
  7. The ability to speak Chinese is highly advantageous.
