Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the machinery/powder processing industry in the North region.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  3. Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to potential clients to showcase the features and benefits of the company's machinery and powder processing solutions.
  4. Understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions tailored to their needs.
  5. Prepare sales proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to clients.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' offerings to effectively position the company's products and services in the market.
  8. Attend industry trade shows and exhibitions to network and generate leads.
  9. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company's revenue.
  10. Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
  2. Prior experience in technical sales or business development roles within the machinery/powder processing industry.
  3. Strong technical knowledge of machinery and powder processing solutions.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  5. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  6. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  7. Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals.
  8. Willingness to travel within the North region for client meetings and industry events.
