Senior Facility Technician (Pharmaceutical Ind)

The company is a high-tech manufacturer of contact lens solutions, sterile pharmaceutical solutions, first-aid eye and wound irrigations as well as eye comfort drops.

What you'll do :

1. Perform routine maintenance for buildings, utilities, and facilities.
2. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for facility equipment and systems.
3. Manage repairs, servicing, and troubleshooting for utility equipment (e.g., boilers, compressors, chillers, cooling towers, air conditioners).
4. Oversee facility renovations, construction projects, and utility management (electricity, water, gas).
5. Supervise and lead the facility maintenance team, providing training and development opportunities.
6. Maintain records, prepare reports, and monitor maintenance activities.
7. Conduct safety inspections, enforce safety policies, and manage emergency plans.

Job Requirements :

1. Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in facility management within the manufacturing industry.
3. Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, safety regulations, and compliance standards.
4. Proficiency in facility management software and tools.
