Real Estate Business Development

Seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Real Estate Executive. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to clients and supporting our property management operations. This role offers the flexibility of working from home for 2-3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally, addressing their concerns and providing accurate information about available properties and services.
• Property Sourcing: Identify and source suitable properties based on client needs, market trends, and business objectives.
• Business Proposal Writing: Develop well-structured and persuasive business proposals for clients and stakeholders.
• Company Financials: Demonstrate a basic understanding of company financials / audited report/ Management accounts to assist in decision-making and client discussions.
• Site Visits: Conduct property site visits with clients to showcase features, benefits, and opportunities.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and the competitive landscape.
• Administrative Support: Use Microsoft Office tools to create reports, manage data, and maintain records efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Proven ability to write professional and persuasive business documents.
• Basic knowledge of financial principles and real estate market dynamics.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience in real estate or a related field is a plus.
• Diploma or higher qualifications. Diplomas in any field are encouraged to apply, with those in Business or Real Estate considered an advantage.
