Description

• Preparation of budgeting and forecasting related to P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements
• Create PowerPoint presentations for these financial forecasts to communicate financial forecasts and key insights to senior leaders and board members
• Conduct variance analysis and prepare detailed reports to identify trends and opportunities to influence critical business decisions
• Review and validate budget submissions from departments
• Develop and maintain a financial model for managing working capital cash flows and utilize this model to maximize funds available for investment
• Assist in managing administration of the investment portfolio including maintaining investment accounts and executing the approved investment plan
• Analyze reports to help management make informed decisions
• Handle ad-hoc requests from stakeholders

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Minimally 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, investment management, or FP&A; individuals with knowledge and experience in developing financial models and forecasts will be beneficial
• Familiarity with the use of ERP systems such as SAP S4 Hana and other systems will be good
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
