Recruitment Specialist (1 Year Contract)

Job Profile Summary:

In this role, you will assist in the crossover activities for the Agency Division and provide guidance to Agency Leaders. As part of this dynamic role, you will report to the Recruitment Cluster Head and work closely with the Agency Division to drive crossover in the agency force.

Job Description:

• Provide data management, analytics, guidance, and support to crossover agency leaders & financial consultants to achieve alignment with the company’s strategies.
• Support Recruitment Managers in the day-to-day work, including but not limited to:
  • Fitness and Propriety assessments.
  • Interviewing Financial Consultants.
  • Tracking of recruitment applications, including providing regular updates on application status.
  • Providing administrative support on all crossovers.
