Make an Impact by:

• Managing a team of account managers to create sales and grow sales revenue.
• Fostering and building strong CXO level customer relationships and creating strategic partnerships.
• Guiding and leading account managers to understand and identify customer’s IT&T needs through in-depth account planning and profiling to win bids and strike innovative deals.
• Demonstrating expert knowledge of technology trends and differentiating the unique value delivered through Singtel’s offerings within this domain.
• Understanding and appreciating global market trends, competitors’ movements, and industry information to serve customers better.
• Achieving high customer satisfaction with decision makers.
• Playing a key ambassador role for Singtel.
• Meeting financial KPIs.
• Developing strategic plans, executing, and exceeding sales targets.

Skills for Success:

• Diploma or degree with more than 5 years of sales and management experience.
• Proven sales record in selling solutions.
• ICT / telco knowledge preferred.
• Self-driven, aggressive, and energetic.
• Resourceful and creative.
• Possess strong leadership skills.
• Able to self-motivate and lead the team.
• Able to communicate effectively and collaborate well with inter-business units.
• Able to project a strong, positive image of self and the company.
• Able to manage stakeholders at all levels within and outside of the company.
• Able to do strategic planning focusing on delivery and developing solutions.
