System Specialist (ITIL | Permanent)

Responsibilities

• Operation and maintenance of internal systems and developed servers for bank customers.
• Preparation of operational documentation.
• General operation tasks such as access log reporting and patching work.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage contracts (software license renewals, hardware maintenance).
• Handle user inquiries.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• General knowledge of on-prem server management, including VMware. (Must)
• Ability to prepare system design and procedure manuals independently. (Must)
• General knowledge of managing cloud servers. (Nice to have)
• Experience in managing multiple servers, primarily Windows (Must)
• Familiarity with ITIL concepts and at least three years' experience in operations and maintenance. (Must)

Additional info:

• Standby is required to carry out workarounds for system troubles as they occur and to investigate and respond to root cause resolution.
