Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with clients and creative teams to conceptualize and execute video content aligned with project objectives and audience needs.
2. Write and develop concepts, scripts, and storyboards to translate ideas into clear, engaging, and compelling visual narratives.
3. Direct the creative vision on set, providing clear guidance to crew, actors, and talent to achieve high-quality results.
4. Oversee the entire production process, including pre-production planning, filming, editing, and post-production, ensuring seamless delivery.
5. Guarantee content quality, ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations, brand standards, and technical excellence.
6. Manage and mentor a creative team, fostering collaboration and maintaining high standards of innovation and output.
7. Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, acting as the primary contact and providing regular project updates.
8. Stay informed about industry trends and technologies, incorporating best practices to enhance creative processes and output.
9. Identify and implement improvements in the production pipeline, increasing efficiency and creative effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in Film/Video Production, Communications, or a related field.
2. 3-5 years of experience in video production, with proven experience in directing.
3. Strong creative vision with excellent storytelling, directing, and scriptwriting skills.
4. Proficiency in video editing software such as Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, or Avid.
5. Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing teams and complex projects.
6. Deep understanding of video production techniques, equipment, and software, including filming, lighting, sound, editing, and post-production tools.
7. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and inspire creative teams.
8. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
9. Adept at problem-solving under pressure and making quick, effective decisions on set or during production.
10. Passion for innovation and staying at the forefront of the film and media industry.
