Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the pricing function for key lines of business, ensuring the accurate and efficient pricing of insurance products.
• Apply your expertise in actuarial pricing to support strategic decision-making and maintain competitive positioning.
• Work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to influence pricing strategies and risk assessments.
• Provide mentorship and development support to junior actuarial staff, promoting a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
• Monitor and assess market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to ensure pricing models remain up to date and competitive.
• Maintain strong relationships with underwriting, product development, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on pricing strategies and initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• 6+ years of actuarial experience in pricing, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Nearly qualified or qualified actuary (IFoA, SOA, or equivalent).
• Proven experience in developing and implementing pricing strategies across various insurance products.
• Strong technical proficiency in actuarial pricing models, data analysis, and relevant software tools.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex actuarial concepts to non-actuarial stakeholders.
• A strong team player with a collaborative approach, able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions based on data and market trends.
