Job description
Job Responsibilities:
- Foster and build strong relationships with client communities through various platforms to understand the diverse needs of the community.
- Organise event programming within the Restaurants.
- Conceptualise and execute community engagement strategies to build a vibrant community around our brands.
- Engage with clients in our community channels on a day-to-day basis.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors, handling all public relations collaborations.
- Lead and work together with the marketing team.
- Deliver brand and digital marketing campaigns that support business strategies, market goals, and organisational objectives.
Job Requirements:
- At least a diploma in marketing or communication.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in the marketing sector, preferably in the F&B industry.
- Ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience with social media and community management.
