Event General Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Overseeing day to day operations.
2. Assist Director in daily tasks.
3. Overseeing the team in managing, delivering & setting up of arcade machines at event spaces, hotels or homes.
4. Tasking team with order fulfillments (i.e. pre-event preparation, maintaining arcade machines, post-event management and other arcade machine-related tasks).
5. Manage Customer & Supplier relations.
6. Meeting with clients for site visits.
7. Ensuring delivery orders are fulfilled on-time and in order.
8. Perform any job-related duties assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

1. 1 year experience in Events is required.
2. Able to start work on short notice (preferable).
3. 6 Day Work Week (Both weekends required to work).
4. Preferably with Class 3 License.
