As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experience HR & Admin Manager with a special focus on process improvement to join our team and lead HR initiatives that support our organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities, but not limited to:
Provide HR, Office Administration and IT services across various business units within the Group
Develop and implement processes to review and develop professional and support employees, ensuring high standards of competency and efficiency
Partner with internal stakeholders to manage full process of talent acquisition cycle for the region as needed so that the organization’s recruitment process is efficient, effective and equitable
Administer full spectrum of HR operational matters in areas such as employees’ records, recruitment and selection, onboarding and off-boarding process, employee engagement
Administer and manage employee’s compensation and benefits which is compliance to the company practices and policies; as well as Southeast Asia countries’ employment law
Ensure HR’s activities & practices are well developed and implemented under Company’s strategy and in accordance with the employment law in Southeast Asia region
Oversee all compliance and governance requirements relating to people matters to ensure risks are effectively managed for Southeast Asia region
Support in driving regional HR & Office Admin and IT initiatives and projects as assigned in alignment with business goals
Coordinate with HR, Office Administration and IT vendors and service providers for Southeast Asia region
Undertake any other HR projects or initiatives
Relevant Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management or equivalent qualification
Must have at least 3 years of regional HRBP experience, covering at least 2 countries within SEA region (Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines) and a minimum of 8 years overall HR experience in a dynamic, fast paced environment
Possess a high level of integrity, discretion and well-versed in local employment laws
Strong track record in compensation and benefits, learning & development and HR project Management
Strong HR operational and problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Resilience with high level of commitment and detail-oriented
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, SharePoint, Forms)
