Facilities Director

Are you a strategic leader with a passion for operational excellence and client satisfaction? We’re looking for a Facilities Director to drive our Managing Agent and Integrated Facilities Management functions, ensuring top-tier service delivery and business growth.

About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, you will provide both strategic and operational leadership, overseeing daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery while meeting SLAs and KPIs. You will play a key role in optimising processes, implementing digital solutions, and driving cost efficiencies to enhance overall performance. A significant part of this role involves working closely with senior leadership to align service delivery with business objectives, while proactively managing client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and sustained partnerships.

In addition to operational oversight, you will be responsible for monitoring project performance to ensure contractual obligations are met and profitability is achieved. You will spearhead initiatives to improve workflow efficiency through process improvements and digitalisation, ensuring that SOPs are well-established, reviewed, and enforced to maintain the highest quality of service. Supporting business expansion efforts, you will also be actively involved in identifying and securing new opportunities, contributing to tender processes, competitive costing, and contract management.

As a people-focused leader, you will mentor, develop, and retain top talent within the organisation, fostering a high-performance culture that enhances service capabilities. Effective team collaboration and resource allocation will be essential in balancing workloads and maintaining operational efficiency. Additionally, you will oversee contractor management, ensuring external partners deliver work that meets the required standards and specifications. Ultimately, your leadership will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement, operational excellence, and business growth within the organisation.
