Contracts Manager (Developer/A1 Main Con/Consultancy QS) - YL

Our client is one of Singapore’s largest and reputable property developer, known for a diverse portfolio across residential, commercial and hospitality sectors. With a long history of delivering various types of properties from luxury private developments to mass-market projects, they’re on a look out for a Procurement & Contracts Manager to lead their team during an exciting time in their development.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the team in overseeing the entire lifecycle of contracts and tender processes from pre-tender to contract administration for key development projects
• Prepare the analysis of cost estimates and plans
• Oversee the preparation and evaluation of tender documents, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Monitor contract deliverables, timelines, and obligations, ensuring adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
• Liaise closely with relevant stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers and consultants
• Review and finalize project costs with contractors and prepare project financial reports

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years of relevant QS experience with developers/main contractors/consultancy firms
• Proficient in MS Office
• Possess experience in leading a team
