Application Engineer

Job Description

1. Project management, develop project plans and oversee their execution
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery
3. Install, configure, test, and evaluate products, software, and systems
4. Handle site installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
5. Produce technical documentation for implementation, user acceptance testing (UAT), reports, and technical manuals
6. Identify customer needs and participate in site surveys
7. Prepare demos, proof-of-concepts (POCs), technical designs, and solution proposals
8. Liaise with vendors, suppliers, end users, and government agencies
9. Perform any other duties assigned

Requirements

1. Degree/Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, IT Networking, Multimedia Technology, or a relevant field of study
2. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Project Engineer or System Engineer in a related field
3. Familiarity with Microsoft systems, video streaming, basic programming, computer hardware, and IT networks is advantageous
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Positive learning attitude and aptitude
6. A good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
7. Good command of English
8. Self-driven and able to work under stress and independently
