Associate Engineer (2 years contract)

• To be a part of the Operations, Implementation & Maintenance Department responsible for the effective construction, operations and maintenance of cable, pipe and other projects.
• Perform administrative tasks such as routine data entry assignments, project progress monitoring data and others.
• Manage cable and pipeline projects, monitoring the project timelines, coordinating resources and ensuring completion on a targeted timeline.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Conduct inspections, supervising troubleshooting of issues and optimizing performance through collaboration with the Engineering Planning team.
• Preparation and submission of related documents needed pertaining to the project implementation.
• Attend to queries, site meetings, and complaints of Authorities with regards to the ongoing projects.
• Check the necessary billings promptly for processing submission. Ensure that the projects are within the budget limit. Contract budget allocation monitoring.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering or related discipline
• Possess excellent project management and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel with good knowledge of PowerPoint.
