Job scope
Assist in project planning and scheduling.
Coordinate with clients, designers, contractors, and suppliers.
Ensure project deliverables align with client requirements and company standards.
Conduct site inspections and monitor progress to ensure adherence to timelines.
Coordinate site activities, including material delivery and subcontractor work.
Address on-site issues and provide timely solutions to avoid project delays.
Coordinate with designers and consultants to resolve design and technical issues.
Ensure that all work is executed in accordance with design specifications and quality standards.
Prepare and submit project progress reports to management and clients.
Liaise with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
Conduct final site inspections and handover completed projects to clients.
Address any defects or post-renovation concerns raised by the client.
Gather client feedback and recommend improvements for future projects.
