We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will work independently to implement best-in-class HR practices while adapting them to fit our unique company culture and business needs. Serve as a strategic partner to leadership, providing guidance on organizational design, talent management, and employee relations
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with business objectives
Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for various departments, ensuring we attract and retain top talent
Design and deliver training initiatives to enhance employee skills and foster professional development
Manage performance review processes, including creating frameworks that drive meaningful feedback
Address complex employee relations issues with sound judgment and discretion
Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and recommend improvements
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across all HR functions
Required:
5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HR Manager or similar role
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and current employment legislation
Experience implementing HR programs independently from concept to execution
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust at all levels
Proven problem-solving abilities and sound business judgment
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Deep understanding of Singapore Employment Laws
Fast learner - overseas employment regulations in the markets that we operate in
Preferred:
SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification
Experience working in the F&F Industry
Knowledge of HRIS systems and HR analytics
Change management experience
