About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will work independently to implement best-in-class HR practices while adapting them to fit our unique company culture and business needs. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to leadership, providing guidance on organizational design, talent management, and employee relations

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with business objectives

• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for various departments, ensuring we attract and retain top talent

• Design and deliver training initiatives to enhance employee skills and foster professional development

• Manage performance review processes, including creating frameworks that drive meaningful feedback

• Address complex employee relations issues with sound judgment and discretion

• Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and recommend improvements

• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across all HR functions

Qualifications

Required:

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HR Manager or similar role

• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and current employment legislation

• Experience implementing HR programs independently from concept to execution

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust at all levels

• Proven problem-solving abilities and sound business judgment

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field

• Deep understanding of Singapore Employment Laws

• Fast learner - overseas employment regulations in the markets that we operate in

Preferred:

• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification

• Experience working in the F&F Industry

• Knowledge of HRIS systems and HR analytics

• Change management experience
