Job Responsibilities

• Ensure a seamless interview process including coordination with hiring managers and candidates to schedule interviews and provision of interview details and instructions to these stakeholders.
• Manage onboarding administration process including employee screenings, issuance of offer letters, collection of employee documents, employee declaration etc.
• Administer pass application for employees and dependents, where applicable.
• Uphold good data management practices by ensuring accurate employee records.
• Provide thoughtful, accurate and timely responses to stakeholders.
• Any other related ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business/Human Resources.
• Prior 1-2 years of relevant HR experience is advantageous.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
