Job Description

1. Oversee & manage both hard & soft services of a commercial building.
2. Lead and coordinate the day-to-day building M&E maintenance and operations of the building maintenance team.
3. Oversee the day-to-day housekeeping operations of the building.
4. Carry out scheduling of maintenance works and coordinate with all contractors and/or vendors.
5. Responsible for the planning and execution of corrective/preventive maintenance programs.
6. Conduct regular inspections of the existing building and its services to ensure that all maintenance programs are implemented effectively in strict compliance with instructions and guidelines.
7. Able to understand building drawings and technical specifications.
8. Preparation of monthly building management report.
9. Arrange for repair works to be carried out and obtain quotations.
10. Respond to client enquiries and submit reports/quotations.
11. Proficient in understanding Building Automation System/BMS, ACMV, fire protection/fire alarm, plumbing, and sanitary systems.
12. Ensure all maintenance works are carried out in accordance with WSH regulations.
13. Any other relevant works as may be required.

Job Requirements

1. Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Facilities Management.
2. Preferably with two years’ experience in facilities management/building maintenance works in a commercial building or shopping mall environment.
3. Possess hands-on experience in equipment repair and servicing.
4. Fire Safety Manager certification will be an advantage.
5. Able to lead a team of technicians.
