Retail Sales Executive (Up to $4,000 a month)

We are hiring for Retail Sales Executives (up to $4000/month)

*FIRST 3 MONTHS ELIGIBLE FOR GUARANTEED COMMISSION*

The Retail Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and ensuring exceptional customer service within the store. This role involves actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing expert advice on product features to drive sales. Previous experience in retail sales, especially in consumer electronics, bedding, furniture, or air-conditioning products will be good to have!

Responsibilities:

• Achieve personal and department’s sales target on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features
• Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
• Comply with inventory control procedures
• Maintain stock-count and keep assigned areas clean
• Actively seek out customers in store

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Able to communicate in English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
• Relevant experience of selling consumer electrical products, bedding, furniture and/or Air-con will be an added advantage
• Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays
