The Role & Key Responsibilities:

Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator
Location: Singapore
Contract and shift details: Permanent, 40 hours a week (Hybrid)

AB Vista, a leading provider of feed enzymes, is looking for a motivated Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. Since 2004, we've been at the forefront of animal nutrition, serving poultry, swine, ruminant, and aquaculture industries. As part of AB Agri under Associated British Foods, we drive innovation through research and collaboration.

In this role, you will be responsible for the planning & execution of Local Blending day-to-day operations in ASPAC. You will support the optimization of business processes and map developments through continuous improvement initiatives.

Some Key Responsibilities Will Include:

• Implementation of Service Level Agreements with Toll Manufacturer, Local transporter, and warehouse.
• Perform transactions for production and shipment receipt in ERP system.
• Coordinate with warehouse & transporter on issuance of materials and finished goods’ receiving for local blending.

Skills And Experience:

• You have a diploma/university degree in Business Management, Purchasing, or Supply Chain Management, with 3-5 years of experience.
• You are proficient in ERP systems (preferably D365), Excel, and data analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Detailed understanding of supply chain management.

Location: For this role, we are offering a Hybrid working approach 50:50 in-office to remote working from our office in Singapore. We work internationally, so some flexibility may be required to support stakeholders in different time zones.
