Are you a creative communicator with a knack for storytelling and an eye for detail? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where you can juggle communications, digital marketing, events, and publicity to deliver impactful outcomes? We are looking for an energetic Senior Executive to join our team and take the refreshed IP Awards to the next level, along with other exciting projects.

This role provides a unique opportunity to develop your expertise in marketing communications, digital engagement, and event coordination while working on a high-profile national programme. You will collaborate with enterprises, judges, public agencies, and international stakeholders to amplify the impact of intangible assets and intellectual property in driving business growth. Key Responsibilities

  1. Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns for the IP Awards across digital, email, and social media platforms.
  2. Develop and manage publicity materials, including partnership articles, speeches, video content, and visual collaterals.
  3. Manage digital content for social media, email marketing, search engine marketing, and the corporate website to promote campaigns and events.
  4. Drive communications with stakeholders and partners to build relationships, align messaging, and amplify event and campaign reach.
  5. Coordinate logistics for IP Awards events, such as networking cocktails, IP Week activities, and alumni engagements.
  6. Track and analyse campaign effectiveness, producing reports on audience engagement, sign-ups, and programme impact.
  7. Contribute to operational and organisational projects, supporting a collaborative and innovative work environment.

  1. Diploma or Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  2. 1–2 years of experience in communications, digital marketing, events management, or a related role. Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.
  3. Exceptional writer with a keen eye for detail, capable of crafting compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
  4. Creative, proactive, and passionate about storytelling and delivering impactful campaigns.
  5. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messages for different platforms and stakeholders.
  6. Proficient in using digital tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (preferred), social media platforms, email marketing software, and Microsoft 365 applications.
  7. Enjoys building relationships, fostering community engagement, and collaborating in a dynamic environment.
