Job description

Summary
You will be working with our client who specializes in the healthcare and technology space. You will be supporting the CIO in developing, implementing, and maintaining IT systems.

Responsibilities

  1. Provide support to CIO Office PMO team on project tracking and management.
  2. Liaise with IT Project Managers on projects, financial, resource planning, reporting, and submitting cash flow projections.
  3. Collate information and prepare for reports.
  4. Review and update yearly Enterprise Risk Assessment for IT.
  5. Oversee IT maintenance renewal to ensure that Project Managers renew system maintenance on time.
  6. Provide guidance to IT Project Managers with regards to the creation of Purchase Requisitions and Project Charters.
  7. Review of demands in ITBM.
  8. Financial reporting and budget utilization.
  9. Prepare and update on budget utilization and balance details, including any additional reports pertaining to IT Funding.
  10. Manage, verify, prepare, and submit claims on a timely basis.
  11. Invoice processing and verification to ensure billing amount is as per Purchase Order and approved Transfer Pricing (TP) Key to respective Institutions.
  12. Check accuracy of GL posting and tracking of OPEX utilization.
  13. Collate information and prepare annual IT Workplan for Management endorsement.
  14. Participate, collate information, and prepare yearly Budget Planning.
  15. Ensure accuracy and completeness of IT financial records for audits and management reporting.

Requirements:

  • Main requirement: Good learning attitude, good communication skills, good team player.
  • Scope is more on admin (filling of AR, admin support) and will be working on an IT project (no prior experience or knowledge in IT needed).
  • Not necessary to have a background in IT and finance.
  • Open to fresh graduates or admin candidates with 3-5 years of experience.
  • Open to account executive candidates.
  • Prefer someone that is meticulous as the person will be going through invoices received and verifying them. Over time, when the billing issues get resolved, they will move on to perform more PMO-related work.
  • Excel experience: Not necessary to have prior experience but good to have.
