IT Executive (SEA | Luxury Retail | $4800)

The Opportunity:

• Permanent Role
• Working Hours: Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm
• Working Location: Central-South

The Client:
Adecco is partnering with a Luxury Retail client to seek an IT Executive who will be responsible for managing IT support and infrastructure for South East Asia, ensuring smooth operation of end-user devices, IT systems, and networks.

The Job:

• Address IT issues and support end users across South East Asia (SEA) offices and boutiques.
• Provide regular on-site and remote support for office and boutique users in SEA, with occasional support to other regions.
• Contribute to IT-related projects like boutique openings, office renovations, and event setups.
• Monitor IT services, manage users/devices, handle IT budgets, procurement, and inventory.
• Maintain IT documentation and vendor contracts, provide feedback on IT policies and procedures.
• Help evaluate and improve IT service performance in the APAC region.

The Talent:

• Strong IT support skills, project participation, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams regionally and globally.
• Willing to travel across Southeast Asia for regional support.
