About the Department

The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs, helping them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services.

Job Responsibilities

• To actively make outbound calls to present Insurance products to customers.
• To achieve Key Performance Indicators including sales, quality, and operational standards.
• To utilize persuasive communication skills to effectively overcome objections and close sales, ensuring a high conversion rate.
• Handle customer’s objections professionally, providing excellent customer service and follow-up.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets set by management monthly.
• To perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.

• CMFAS qualification requirements in M5 and M9 (preferred but not a must).
