Finance Manager (Industrial)

As the Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing financial operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing strategic financial insights.

Description

1. Oversee and manage end-to-end financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.

2. Implement and maintain strong internal financial controls to ensure compliance with international accounting standards.

3. Monitor and manage global cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions.

4. Develop and execute financial strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability.

5. Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes to support strategic decision-making.

6. Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and industry standards across multiple jurisdictions.

7. Collaborate with supply chain and procurement teams to optimize financial processes and cost management.

8. Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.

Profile

1. Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (ACCA / CPA preferred).

2. At least 10 years of experience, preferably in the electronics trading or distribution industry.

3. Strong knowledge of financial regulations, IFRS, GAAP, and tax compliance.

4. Proven expertise in financial operations, including cash flow management, financial controls, and risk management.

5. Experience working with ERP systems and financial software.

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, global business environment and manage cross-border transactions.
