JOB SUMMARY

As a Product Owner for our iGaming Slots Studio, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our game roadmap, ensuring alignment between business objectives, market needs, and development capabilities. You will be responsible for managing multiple brands of slot games, ensuring each brand maintains a unique identity while aligning with market trends and player expectations. This role requires an industry veteran with strong business acumen, a deep understanding of operator needs, and exceptional communication skills. A thorough grasp of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), Scrum methodology, and development pipelines is a significant advantage.

JOB DUTIES:

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for slot game development across multiple brands, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market opportunities.
• Act as the bridge between game development teams and account managers/after-sales teams to ensure our games meet operator requirements and player expectations.
• Identify new game opportunities, define key features, and oversee concept validation through market research and competitive analysis.
• Work closely with account managers and after-sales teams to gather operator feedback, understand business models, and optimize game performance.
• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, mathematicians, and marketing, to ensure timely and high-quality game releases.
• Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features based on business impact, market demand, and technical feasibility.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate game success and inform future product decisions.
• Oversee the full SDLC, Scrum methodology, and game development pipeline together with cross functional teams, ensuring seamless execution from ideation to post-launch analysis.
• Provide clear, structured, and compelling communication to internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership and partners.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have iGaming industry experience, specifically in slot game development.
• Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of how operators run their sites, monetize players, and drive traffic.
• Experience in managing multiple slot brands with distinct market positioning.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate product vision, negotiate with stakeholders, and present to executive teams.
• Proven experience in product management, product ownership, or a similar role within iGaming.
• Solid understanding of slot game mechanics, player psychology, and retention strategies.
• Experience with agile methodologies, Scrum methodology, backlog management, and sprint planning.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and game development pipelines, from concept to release.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed product decisions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with multiple priorities.
