M&E Lead Drafter [ACMV | Revit | Up to $5k]

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and update ACMV (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) shop drawings, detailed drawings, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD and Revit software.
• Maintain and update drawings as required, making corrections as directed by the supervisor.
• Independently create accurate, high-quality drawings and review your work before submission.
• Coordinate with Designers and Site Engineers on drawing details and respond to client requests for sketches or adjustments.
• Keep drawing records and reports organized and up to date.
• Develop BIM MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) models and collaborate with the BIM Coordinator to meet client specifications.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or a Professional Certificate/NITEC or equivalent
• Experience supervising drafters and managing manpower planning.
• Strong understanding of building services, particularly in ducting and piping for industrial and commercial developments.
• Proficiency in Revit (BIM) and AutoCAD (2D & 3D).
• Ability to meet tight drawing deadlines.
