Job description

A global testing equipment MNC is looking for a Global Account Manager (Micron) in Singapore. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in engaging the assigned key account (Micron) across the globe on solutions.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global/Key Account Manager to join our team. This role will focus on managing and growing our strategic relationship with Micron Technology. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the semiconductor industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at Micron Technology. Serve as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters.
  • Strategic Planning: Formulate and execute a comprehensive account strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets. Identify new business opportunities and drive sales initiatives.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by understanding Micron's needs and delivering tailored solutions. Address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, engineering, and product development, to ensure timely and quality delivery of products and services.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance our competitive position.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular updates on account performance, sales forecasts, and strategic plans to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 10+ years of experience within the semiconductor industry. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in key account management with Micron
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong technical knowledge of semiconductor products and solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing and growing key accounts, achieving sales targets, and driving business growth.
  • Analytical Abilities: Ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and develop strategic plans.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Location: Base in Singapore
  • Regional Travels: 50%
