As a Quality Controller, you will be part of a dedicated and supportive team. You will be responsible for overseeing operations and ensuring products meet quality standards.

Our client is a leading supplier of dairy-based ingredients and has been expanding their production line. There is now an opportunity to join their Quality team.

The Opportunity

• As a Quality Controller, you will be part of a dedicated and supportive team in the Quality department in a stable and permanent opportunity.

The Challenge

• Ensure operators and operation flow complies with food safety standards and SOP
• Ensure production workers comply with GMP and hygiene practices.
• Responsible for conducting in-house swabbing test on equipment surface, water, hand and packaging
• Send daily QC reports to management
• Responsible for raw material batching verification check
• Finished product sample inspection (including packaging, labeling details, finished quality etc)
• Verify CCPs & OPRPs
• Conduct refresher food safety & hygiene training for production staff
• Involve in ISO internal audit / external audit
• Liaise with contractor for maintenance/ servicing/ repair

Working Hours

• Mon- Fri, 8am - 5.30pm, alternate Sat
• Transport pickup at Boon Lay MRT

The Talent

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Science or relevant educational background
• Min. 1 year of experience as a Quality Controller in food manufacturing
• Familiarity with industry standards
• Computer literacy
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills
