Develop and implement procurement strategies, policies, and procedures to meet company objectives.
Oversee the daily operations of the procurement department to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Identify and engage with new and alternative suppliers, raw materials, and finished products to optimize quality and cost.
Analyze price trends and emerging products to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Create and implement strategic plans for designated product categories to achieve financial targets.
Manage and update the Contract Master List, ensuring timely renewal of long-term contracts.
Build strong relationships with suppliers to enhance sales performance and category profitability.
Collaborate with outlets to manage inventory levels, reorder quantities, and lead times, while taking on additional tasks as assigned by the Director of Procurement.
What You Bring:
5 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the F&B/Hospitality industry
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with suppliers
Proficiency in procurement software, MS Excel, and other tools for data analysis and reporting
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
Salary Package: $5500 to $7500 (Commensurate with experience)
