This role focuses on managing and growing relationships with key customers in the freight forwarding industry.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborates with internal teams to address issues, implementing best practices for new and existing businesses, and analyzing data for business reviews.
  • Works with stakeholders at country, regional, and global levels.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Must be a Singaporean Citizen or Permanent Resident due to business needs
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Extensive experience in freight forwarding key account operations
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset
