Job description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Engineer to drive the growth of our contamination control solutions in the semiconductor industry. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a technical background looking to transition into sales. You will help expand our market presence across critical semiconductor processes, including Lithography, Etching, CVD, Mini-E tools, and Ultra-Pure Water (UPW), all while building lasting relationships with key clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Market Growth: Expand reach in contamination control solutions within critical semiconductor processes (Lithography, Etching, CVD, Mini-E tools, UPW).
  • Sales Management: Handle complex sales across multiple levels within customer organizations, balancing lead time, yield, and uptime.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse client base, from large multinationals to smaller, privately-owned companies.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed corporate goals, identifying new opportunities through networking and prospecting.
  • Technical Expertise: Perform product demonstrations, instill customer confidence, and support their decision-making process.
  • CRM & Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of accounts, action plans, and sales forecasts using CRM tools.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed on market trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback, sharing insights to drive product and service improvements.
  • Time & Travel Management: Optimize travel and time schedules to maximize sales coverage and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in equipment sales within the semiconductor industry. Strong technical knowledge of semiconductor equipment.
  • Familiarity with the semiconductor industry and a strong network within the sector preferred.
  • Open to Engineers: Ideal for equipment engineers transitioning into sales, with a "hunter" mindset and ability to drive new business.
