Position: Executive Assistant to CEO & Administrative Support (Job ID: 19419)

Job Description:
・Supporting the setup of the new office, including selecting and contracting office space, fixtures and fittings, and handling various contracts, while also being responsible for managing the Singapore office's ongoing operations, focusing on HR and general affairs, under the direction of the Japan-based MD.
・Secretarial duties for the MD, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, and coordinating meetings and travel arrangements.
・Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including scheduling and coordinating meetings.
・Provide support to various departments with tasks such as data entry, research, and report generation.
・Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for the executives as required.
・Coordinate travel arrangements for executives and handle related logistics.
Job Requirements:
・Multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
・Able to handle tasks independently.
・At least 1 year of administrative experience required.
・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and external contacts.
・Proficiency in Japanese is an advantage, not a must, for coordinating with external stakeholders in Japan.
・Experience working in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
・Experience in assisting with the setup of new offices.
