Process Engineer

Job scope:

• Assess and define process parameters.
• Identify process issues that impact throughput or quality, analyze the root causes, implement solutions to stabilize processes, improve production output, reduce cycle time, and optimize costs.
• Investigate and address process or material-related challenges.
• Lead corrective action efforts and resolve customer complaints.
• Standardize system documentation procedures.
• Lead improvement initiatives and provide training on equipment operation and maintenance.

Job requirement:

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally with chemical handling experience.
• Familiarity with statistical methods, as well as IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards, is advantageous.
• Experience in the electroplating industry, particularly with Silver Spot plating, will be a plus.
