CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE (SWISS MNC) - Grad no exp welcome

• Up to $3,000 + $200 Monthly Fixed Allowance + AWS + 2 Months Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Processing customer orders, planning, preparing shipping documentation, and scheduling deliveries.
• Attending to customer enquiries or feedback and liaising with Sales to follow up.
• Preparing purchase requisitions to Procurement.
• Playing an active role in the Customer Retention program.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Customer Service, Sales, or Inside Sales.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese to coordinate with Chinese counterparts.
• Graduates with no experience are welcome to apply.
