UI/UX Designer

Adecco is partnering with a recognised organisation and they are looking for a UI/UX Designer to join the Team!

Job Descriptions:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their objectives and challenges, ensuring alignment throughout the design process.
• Lead user research activities, including interviews, workshops, and usability testing, and translate findings into actionable design improvements.
• Develop and iterate design concepts quickly through exploration, ideation, and continuous evaluation.
• Partner with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications and maintain product usability and quality.
• Contribute to the design system and foster design capabilities within the team through collaboration, storytelling, and promoting digital best practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• A strong grasp of information architecture, interaction design, and visual design, with a focus on simplicity and usability.
• Ability to translate complex business challenges into clear, engaging design solutions.
• Proficiency with modern design tools like Figma, along with strong skills in typography, iconography, color, and spatial design is essential.
• A solid understanding of software development processes and front-end technologies is important; experience with HTML, CSS, responsive web design, and contributions to design systems are highly valued.
• Additional skills in micro-interactions and illustrations will be considered an advantage.
