Aircraft Leasing Procurement Manager

My client is a leading aircraft leasing company that is seeking an Aircraft Leasing Procurement Manager to join their team in Hong Kong/Singapore. This role is critical in managing procurement and logistics to support aircraft and engine transitions.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee material purchasing, budgeting, and planning for aircraft and engine projects.
2. Manage vendor relationships, negotiating GTAs and purchase agreements for optimal pricing and lead times.
3. Coordinate shipping, customs clearance, and logistics to ensure timely component delivery.
4. Optimize inventory management, including surplus material sales and consignment agreements.

Requirements:

1. Fluent Chinese speaker is required.
2. Minimum 4 years of aviation experience, ideally in leasing, airline, or MRO procurement.
3. Experience with used aircraft configuration and BFE procurement is preferred.
